PSU- what are my chances?

I applied for Smeal college of business, specifically finance, which I heard is really competitive. Here are my stats:

SAT: 1200 (610 math, 590 reading)
Weighted gpa: 3.98
Unweighted: 3.42
AP American History, Honors Precalculus, Honors Physics and Honors Chemistry, CHS Statistics, CHS Spanish 3 and CHS Biology. I’ve always taken advanced math courses throughout high school.
Extracurriculars: Eagle Scout, 2 varsity sports, band and choir, 2 clubs.

I’d say there’s a little chance of me getting in for fall 2019 and I forgot to choose the summer option, but I’d like to know anyone’s thoughts. Thanks.

If I were you, I’d call and ask to change your major consideration to DUS. Since you don’t have a decision yet, they can change the major you request. You are also not any further behind by starting in DUS (undecided) as there is a track to go towards finance. Finance might be the hardest major to get into as a freshman, and yet no one is actually “in” a major until end of sophomore year, so it’s much ado about almost nothing. I say “almost” because there are some benefits like having a Smeal advisor and getting invited to Smeal only events that do come by being accepted into Smeal from the start, but nothing whatsoever that will keep you from getting to where you want to go.

Change your major to DUS NOW and do indicate you’re willing to do summer session.
Everything jlhpsu is saying is true: you’ll start with the same classes as everyone if you start as DUS, will need to take the same classes, will need to get the same grades.

How do I change the major on my application?

If you have already submitted your application, then you need to call admissions and tell them that you’d like to amend your application with a different major. They should switch it right there.
