Hi, I'm an incoming freshmen and I would probably major psychology in my first year but want to take on business after my second year. Is there any important steps I have to take during my first second year? also any recommendation for taking psychology?

The two (110/111) intro. psyche courses are hard (rather you get Edwards or the other prof. for 110, the other will be easier, but still reasonably challenging). Just know that. You’ll probably also need to begin your econ. or b-calc. series in freshmen year.

Not sure exactly what you mean to say. If you just want to take a couple psych courses freshmen year, that’s pretty easy to do. If you want to major in both the college and business school (psychology and business), it’s difficult (though definitely not impossible) to do. If you have AP/IB credits and/or are willing to take summer school, you’re life will be much easier. Make sure you talk to your orientation leaders, RA/SA, and academic advisor as soon as possible. They will be able to give you good advice.

Agreed, but don’t forget that they can’t actually use the AP psyche credit if they have it. It will simply exempt them from 111. The OP will have to replace that with another class.
