Psychobiology curve

Does anyone know the average psychbiology curve at UCLA? I have been told that the psychology curves are very generous, but is psycobi the same?

i hear psychobiology is for the lazy premeds, but then again just hearsay. the curves should be generous =P

but then again, "lazy" and "premed" do not go together

i thought all the requirements for med school were the same... so isn't it whoever wants to go into med school take the same things? then how is the major psychobiology "lazy"?

the psychobiology is a B.S. degree so i'm going to say it'll be a little tough since there will be a lot of science classes involved.

yes the ls core curriculum is the same. it will fulfill the medical school requirements. however, the upper division courses will vary.

upper div mimg courses would most likely be harder than upper div psychobiology courses

and i never labeled psychobiology "lazy"

=P

haha my bad then. i misunderstood your post.

I have a co-worker who's going to be a third-year Psychobiology major, and she's constantly complaining about how hard her initial upper-division classes are.

i retract my statements =P

*** is psychobiology?

"I have a co-worker who's going to be a third-year Psychobiology major, and she's constantly complaining about how hard her initial upper-division classes are. "

this does not bode well.

yeah...i hear it isn't as easy as ppl say...the lower divs seem fine...but what ppl overlook are the upper divs

but aren't most of the upper division classes in psychology? meaning easier than straight bio?

well, u certainly don't have to learn about fishes and plant (bio)

what do you do with a psychobiology degree?

you assess the psychological states of dogs or (______organism)

From what I know, biopsych mostly studies the interactions between psychological and biological mechanisms in humans. Though scientists utilize animals and other simplier organisms, to infer things about similar devices in humans. etc

a little off topic,is INTRO to psychobiology an easy life science GE?
