So, Syracuse requires 4 years of Science in High School. I only have 3 years (earth science, bio, chem) as of my Junior Year and need one more and only have time for a non-lab class in my Senior year. Unfortunately, my school doesn't offer a non-lab science class. But...they do offer Psychology. In my school, they define it as a Social Study, but I alway thought it would pass as a science class..? Any thoughts? I'm calling Syracuse tomorrow, but I was hoping for some insight! Thanks!

Calling Syracuse is the best answer. At many colleges Psychology is considered a science, but I’m not sure if ha HS psychology class with no lab would count. Also check to see if the four years of science is required or recommended – many schools will let a year of one core subject go especially if your schedule is strong otherwise.
