Ok. So I’m interested in psychology and I’m interested in nutrition and would love to one day combine the two into a career somehow. Has anyone double majored in them? What type of career opportunities does this open up? I want to get into helping people with eating disorders (kind of predictable, I know) or whose psychological problems can be tied to nutrition and vice versa. One of my friends threw this out there and I’d like to know more about whether it’s a smart option or not so thank you in advance for your advice/commentary!
Why the double major, wouldn’t choosing nutrition as minor do the job? As for the career aspect, I think you already know what you’re gonna get and it sounds pretty reasonable too.

Quite recently (for academia), the field of health psychology has emerged. You might want to look into this! Professors at my university who specialize in health psychology chose to focus on one of the following things: community health, public health, health systems (mental and physical), or any of these things in an international context (if they had anthropology experience).
