<p>Is there anybody who is pursuing Psychology or knows anyone who does?
And how would you rate the Psych Department? </p>

<p>Also, what is the diversity of the student population at this Univ?</p>

<p>UA has one of the highest percentages of African American enrollment of any state flagship in the nation. Its Jewish population, while somewhat small, is significant in size relative to most other Southern schools. UA also has a lot of international students. UA recognized its Gay and Lesbian Student group in the early 80s, years before other schools. Its Greek system is now integrated, though there is room for continued integration there.</p>
