<p>I don't know if the graduate program for psychology is a reflection of the quality of the undergraduate psychology program, but University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign is known for having a top notch psychology department, especially at the gradute level.</p>
<p>These are NRC rankings. They are from 1995, but pretty accruate because rankings don't fluctuate as much as USNWR makes it look like.</p>
