Is psychology a good field to go into? What are some possible majors/careers involved in that field? I'm also a bit concerned about money, so any information on that is appreciated.

If you become a clinical psychologist, the money is very good.

You could become a psychology teacher; the pay isn't great, but is very rewarding.

Well Psychology is one of those majors which are not really that benefitial after an Undergraduate Degree. If you are looking for a career right out of Undergrad I would suggest doing a mix of another major alongwith psychology. Advertising with Psychology is great example of such a combination , so is Human Resources based work.

If you do intend to go to graduate school , then psychology alongwith law is a great option. If you are only interested in psychology then as the above poster said , clinical psychology is great but really tough to get into , all other fields tend to be a bit more academic. Educational psychology is also a good field to explore.

School psychology for Masters isn't bad... either..

Problem with clinical psych is that everyone wants evening appointments, and hard to juggle with one's own family. I'd vote for psychiatry.
