<p>So I did most of my forms today and am getting ready to mail them in. A lot of the forms say to put them in the brown envelope marked "Midshipmen Personnel." I have a brown envelope but it says Midshipmen Personnel nowhere on it. I am guessing they are the same thing because this large, brown envelope is the only one I got. The one I have is addressed to
