If we are arranging our own transportation to Annapolis, do well still need to send in the transportation form?

I think one of the forms is about reimbursement? So you may want to send that in anyway and get some money back?

We are planning to drive, but will rent a vehicle, so it's not exactly a "personal car". Anyone know how that would work as far as reimbursement?

I believe there is a set milage allottment that you can submitt for reimbursement if you are diving; it does not matter if the car is yours or one you are renting....just note the milage traveled.

I don't have the travel form in front of me to see the exact wording, but what does it mean when it refers to delays of more than 24 hours?

If you are arranging your own transportation you fill out the back of the Permit to Report form that your mid will turn in on I-day. The mid will be reimbursed around Christmas (goes into their direct deposit account). Of course when I discovered this I made my son reimburse me as I had paid for the ticket!
