Public Health Policy & Psych

Hi, I'm a freshman (Bio sci major) and I'm planning on switching out into public health policy & psych & social behavior major. I am also thinking about picking up a management minor if I can.. but that's later on.

I know I don't want to be a bio sci major anymore, but I don't know what kind of careers I would be able to pursue in the future. This may sound naive, but I feel like the only way to make good money is become a doctor or a bio major (and we all know that isn't true.. -_-). I'm thinking about pursuing a career in public health administration, I hope.

My question is, are there any psych or public health policy majors out there? How is it like? I also heard the management minor program is very hard to get into.

I can’t really help you out much on the bio/public health sci area… but I mean as a fellow current freshman, I can only help you so much… but the mgmt minor, I spoke to a counselor a few weeks ago about it and she said the average overall GPA is climbing little by little per quarter, last quarter was around 3.6ish.

Have you checked the Paul Merage website?
