<p>If you want it to be! This is all about personal lists, NOT copying lists created by other people.</p>

<p>Those are probably the top six public schools and probably the only public schools with > 1300 SAT avg. I would say SUNY Geneseo and SUNY Binghamton are as strong as any of those on your extended list.</p>

<p>I wouldn't consider a plunge of 12 spots in 1 year to be a "slowly" anything.</p>
