I know the whole deal about GRE's and how they're only one piece of your application, and how most schools don't have minimum GRE scores, but how much do they really matter in graduate school admissions for public policy schools?

I'm applying to masters programs at the Kennedy School, Fletcher, and SIPA. I have a decent 3.4 gpa from Swarthmore, relevant work experience, and solid recs, but an 1160 GRE. Standardized testing isn't exactly my forte. Will this score take me out of the running or do I have a solid chance? Should I consider retaking them?
