Publics - OOS admissions rates

Does anyone know what the OOS admissions rates are for:

Berkeley
UCLA
USCD
Michigan
UIUC
Wisconsin
Washington
Texas
UNC

US News has the OOS and in-state combined. But some of these schools are rumored to be very difficult for out-of-staters.

Thanks!

buummmpppp

For one, UIUC: OOS admission rate is about the same or even a tad higher than the in-state admission rate which usually hovers around 68% but varies among the the particular colleges. UIUC evaluates OOS on the same level as in-state. OOS are often misled by figues that show only about 15% of the admitted freshman are OOS (including internationals). That is true but then only about 15% of the applicants are OOS, i.e., they were admitted at the same rate as in-state.

For the class entering in the Fall of 2008, UC Berkeley accepted 22% of California applicants, 17% of OOS (US) applicants, and 22% of international applicants. See:
