Published "letter(s) to the editor" -- worth mentioning?

<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>Out of curiosity, would it be worth mentioning in my transfer applications a letter, or two, to the editor I had published in a newspaper? I figured it demonstrates active intellectual engagement, but I wondered if admissions would deem it insignificant.</p>

<p>Any thoughts?</p>

<p>Personally, I wouldn’t send it, I don’t think it’s something that would really help you.</p>
