I have been hearing about the great savings when purchasing new & used books online....can someone tell me how this works?
If I have the course schedule, how can I find out what texts are needed, and then where & how shall I order it.

My friend's did it for U of Colorado and the books came right to his dorm...
thanks,

FindersCheapers.com is a price comparison website that shows you new, used, rental textbook prices from all the major online textbook marketplaces. You might want to read this buying guide because it gives a few hints on how to have the best online textbook buying experience. You know, stuff like, always read the seller’s feedback to make sure they are reliable, pay attention to what country they are in, etc. Oh, the page has some textbook coupons too.

Another good website is [Cheap Textbook Search | TextSurf](http://www.textsurf.com)
The only thing I have questions is if I buy my textbooks from these websites how can I get my financial aid to cover it without having to pay up front ?

I have had great luck buying used books on Amazon. You can find the ibn number and plug it in and the new book comes up but also people selling used. I got my son’s Business Stats book there–it looked brand new for about $25–he ended up selling it to the bookstore for $60 when he was done with it. I just got an economics book there for less than $30 that sells new over $100. Unless the professor is using the newest edition, great buys can be had.
