Does Purdue have holistic admission for international students? Is it possible to get in with 25th of sat score and GPA for computer science program with good recommendation letters&personal essays?

My S got accepted EA on November 19, 2016 at about 1130am. He applied on Novwmber 1, 2016. Super quick turn around! He was so happy!

Looks like there is no set pattern on acceptances. Some have low ACT/SAT and low GPA and others have high - some instate and some out of state. Crazy anticipations! Applies October 23, still no answer…this is getting tense!
With rolling admissions, do they only send out acceptances during this period or rejections as well? Or do they send out all rejections together at the end?

My son just got his rejection letter. He’s disappointed . Approximately 3.4 GPA, 36 ACT, strong course load, National merit semi finalist, sports, volunteer etc…obviously the grades killed him. Congrats to everyone that was admitted and good luck to those waiting.
