If I get into academic probation this semester, and retry doing codo into fye next semester with good gpa, will this semester’s academic probation affect to next semester’s codo retry?
Assuming that I am a freshman 1st semester right now and put on academic probation at the end of this semester, if I retry codo next semester, will I be able to get into fye at the end of second semester? (getting good grades on freshman 2nd semester)

My understanding is that it’s your cumulative GPA so semester one grades would be factored into the equation but I may be mistaken.
I would speak to your academic advisor ASAP.
Remember too that you then need a minimum GPA to transition from FYE to your engineering major.
