Major - Mechanical Engineering</p>

<p>The average is pretty low, 1700s I think. But the competition is/was supposed to get tougher due to the switch to commonapp.</p>

not many from my country apply to purdue so i thought i should stay in touch with you people!</p>
<p>i know a person who got in with a 1700 something. His major was Electrical Engineering and his grades werent great so i think you should get accepted but its close to call</p>
