<p>Can anyone tell me anything about the nursing program. How are the clinicals? How far away are the clincals? Can you do a semester abroad easily or do you have to take courses during the summer?</p>

<p>The only thing I’ve heard of was that the program was really hard to get into. A friend of mine was valedictorian of her class and was rejected.</p>
<p>Hi, I’ve recently been accepted and will be attending Purdue’s Nursing school for Fall 2011. It is a very well-respected program and only a small amount are in each grade level (around 80 i’ve heard). The clinicals can be close to the west lafayette campus or some even in Indianapolis (which is only an hour and a half away). If you want to do study abroad, you pretty much have to do it in the summer unless you want to stay in college an extra semester because all the clinicals have to be done at Purdue.</p>
