Purdue Transfer Question

So I am thinking about transferring to Purdue. I have not taken the SAT or ACT because I was planning to transfer to UCLA as a junior, but now I want to apply to Purdue, U of Minnesota TC, and Michigan State.

My question is that it says on Purdue's website that you must provide an SAT or ACT score unless you have completed 24 college credits. Does that mean already completed or that they will be completed by the end of the semester?

Right now I have 12 units completed and I am taking 19 next semester ( sounds like a lot but 3 of them are for an online speech class through Brigham Young).

Call/e-mail them and ask. If they need scores, you can still take it while you’re in college, though it’s not as much of an indicator as it is when you take it in high school.
