Is Purdue University good at Psychology?

As a Hoosier, FWIW, I think Purdue is know for engineering, so maybe math, agriculture, animal husbandry. I think of it as the state school for left brained pursuits, more conservative than IU. Whereas I think of Indiana as more right brained and liberal…think Music & business. But Indiana also has medicine of course (based at IUPUI in Indy though). Indiana just seems like a better “fit” for psych. But…? I don’t know that either one is “nationally known” for that major. But I’m happy to be corrected by anyone who knows more. My D is looking at IU for philosophy, and maybe psych ???

The psychology program @ IUPUI ,which is consider a Purdue major is outstanding!!!
