Purdue vs Georgia Tech Aerospace Engineering

So, I’ve been accepted to both universities and plan to major in Aerospace Engineering.
I’m out-of-state, so both universities cost the same.
Academics, research opportunities and internships are very important for me. Social life is also a big factor.
I’m still not sure about grad school, if I get job offers from companies like SpaceX, Boeing and Lockheed Martin right after I graduate I would go work there, otherwise I would probably go to grad school.
Which university would better fit?

Purdue probably has a bit better social life. Most of the socializing at GT is frat based. There are more males at GT 65/35 vs 57/43 at Purdue. On the other hand, GT is in downtown Atlanta and there are lots of things to do nearby, and Emory is close (bus runs between campuses). Georgia State, Spelman, Morehouse and a few more are close too. The research budget is higher at GT. GT has more intership/coop style opportunities with local companies because of its location.

I would visit both- maybe on a Friday/Saturday during the term and see which is better for you. If it was me I’d pick GT.
