Purdue vs Umass Amherst for Computer Science

<p>I am having a difficult time deciding between Purdue University ( with no finacial aid) and University of Massachusetts- Amherst (with 8k chancelor scholarship) for Computer Science Major.</p>

<p>Which school should I choose on the basis of academic rigor, research, internship, faculty, social life, cost.
Your any suggestion will be very helpful.</p>

<p>Going purely on academics related factors, I’d choose Purdue any day. I don’t have much insight about how much 8k$ matter for you, so I can’t comment on that aspect.</p>
