I'm admitted to college of engineering in Purdue University and still waiting decision from PSU. If I'm admitted to PSU with major of engineering, considering internship, academic reputation, and opportunity of going to famous graduated school in future, which University is relatively better?

Are you an int’l? If you’re an int’l, then getting internships may be more difficult.

They’re both excellent. Go to the one that you want and that your parents will pay for. How much will your parents pay?

I’m an int’l. Is that because some current policies in U.S restrict int’l to get internships ? My parents can pay all of my tuition. However, I want to find some internships, from which I could gain experience and prepare myself well for future.

Penn State has the largest alumni network in the country, which definitely helps for internships, and it was named for job recruiting (<a href=“Job Recruiters Prefer State Universities Over Ivy League Colleges - WSJ”>http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052748704358904575477643369663352). Yes, there are restrictions on internships for internationals: you’re allowed “CPT” but each month you use as CPT is taken out of your OPT rights (job experience after graduation). So your best bet is to limit yourself to 2-month CPTs after freshman, sophomore, and junior years (or after soph and jr years only).
Purdue is a very strong engineering school and I think it’s less expensive than Penn State.
Location-wise, I think Penn State has the edge.
Whether that’s worth paying more, you’d need to talk with your parents.
