Pursuing Double Major or Major + Double Minor as a Part Time Student - Scheduling Question

Right now, I'm still deciding between a double major (Psychology + Communications) or a major and double minor (Communications Major + Psychology / Professional Writing Minors). I'm leaning more towards the latter because it would only be two extra classes.

My question is - as a transfer student going into my junior year, the only classes I have left to take are the ones for the major and minors. As a part-time student who will be working full time, I'll only be taking three classes per semester. Would it be better to...

A) Take the classes in groups (all Psychology for a couple of semesters, then all Communications, and then all English).
B) Mix and match the classes per semester (one Psychology, one Communications, and one English).

I personally think a double major is more useful than two minors, but I’d probably mix it up when it comes to each semester. Otherwise I’d feel super drained, personally.

That’s a good point. Maybe a large chunk of English classes would be too much writing for one semester. :)

I double majored in college and usually took a couple of classes for each major, depending on scheduling and what was available. It helps balance things out.

That seems to be the consensus is to mix them up per semester. Thanks! :)

Yeah, I’m also a double major and try do take 2 classes from each major (for a total of 4 classes) each quarter. I think I’d go insane if all my classes in a given quarter were from only one of my majors.
