pushing into the 700s

ahhg...i am stuck in th 600s(mid-upper) and i really want be in the 700s for the oct SAT....any suggestions?

what are your individual section scores?

practice, practice, practice!!!

other than that, I know this sounds stupid, but all you can do is hope to get something that you get

identify your weaknesses and work on them.

How do you identify your weaknesses?

look at the type of problems you get wrong.

Back when I took the SATs I got a book called 10 Real SATs (you can get it on Amazon.com), but I don't know if it's still out there since they've made all those changes. Remember that the most important thing is that once you've finished and corrected each section, you go over the questions you missed and understand the procedure that gets you the right answer. On the verbal sections, be sure to memorize EVERY SINGLE WORD you don't know. SAT vocabulary repeats itself over and over again.
