For one school I submitted and optional resume, but i did not change my objective. For example, I put WUSTL for Penn. The resume was optional. Will this hurt my chances?

Even for WUSTL your objective shouldn’t be WUSTL
I didnt put WUSTL but it was directed towards the school. I am not sure how to explain it. Like the title of my doc was WUSTL
If you are rejected it won’t be the reason. It happens every year. All anyone can say is good luck and be more careful moving forward.
