Put Weighted or Unweighted GPA on Common App?

<p>My unweighted GPA is 3.88 while my weighted GPA is 3.92 since I've only taken 2 APs before my Senior year. For whichever one I put, will colleges calculate the other one on their own?</p>

<p>Colleges usually calculate their own “unweighted” GPA factoring in or out certain classes changing from your weighted/unweighted GPA. So whichever one you put colleges still get the weighted one from your transcript and will calculate their own</p>

<p>Put down your UW, it’s much more impressive. Not that it makes much difference, colleges read transcripts,not GPAs.</p>
