224!!! 80M (duh, lol) 80W (shocker...) 64 CR (what can i say, i suck at this lol)

oh my Soph PSAT was 205, 80M 65W 60CR

if i get a mistake this year on math, and get like a 77.. i will have lost my dignity. lol

Hmmm I haven't taken the PSAT practice yet but last year (Soph) I got a 221. I just took the SATs last Saturday and don't really feel like practicing but I will probably take a practice test on Thursday. Good luck everyone!

yeah, much easier than normal. last year as a sophomore, i scored 194 ( :( ), i've been scoring around that in my practice books ( :(:( ), and then somehow i got 231 on the official practice psat. what the hell? hopefully i can repeat it...

the level H problems on the Math portion were amazingly easy

My scores Cr 76/ 80 Math / 55 Writing(Dont ask)

Sophomore PSAT score last year was 156... Took a practice test for this years and got around 170...

I got 152 section index as a Sophomore... :( I wonder if thats good or bad, dont even know.

57/46/52

I'm in an odd situation for math because I forgot almost all of Algebra from last year and I am learning Geometry this year... lol.

Took the practice PSAT:

52/62/62 = 176

Chances for tomorrow to be a National Hispanic?

Just finished the official practice PSAT (with less than 12 hours remaining until the test...way to be on top of this, i know:))

60-math
70-cr
70-writing
200 total

I make so many careless mistakes, it's laughable, especially in math. I'm hoping I can get lucky tomorrow and pull off national merit commended, but I won't be heartbroken if I don't!

80/77/80- Amazing practice test. Hopefully it'll hold up tommorrow.

Got 220 last year as sophmore so we'll see.

800cr/720m/800w = 2320

Would've been 2380 if not for one silly mistake doing a calculation and an even sillier one having the right answer but accidentally filling in the wrong bubble. Oh, well. Like bravos89, I'm just hoping it'll hold.

I got M80/CR69/W80

I hope to bump CR to 740+ by Junior year.

Cr78/m77/w76 = 231

last year

soph 540/730/640

junior practice 710/800/720

Last year PSAT: 73m, 70cr, 67w (total 210)

Junior practice: 77m, 78cr, 76w (231)

Hopefully it'll be that high on the actual PSAT (or higher!).

is 195 Good score for the sopho? Also I have to score 216-217 next year as a junior to qualify for NMSQT. How possible is it?

I took a practice test yesterday, and I'm pleased to say that my scores went up a little bit from Sophomore Year.

Math 80/ Critical Reading 69/ Writing 74 (223)!

I hope for a score at least that good (or better) on the actual test.

Most CR passages bore the hell out of me, lol.

gameguy88 it is very possible. All you have to do is take practice tests and go over answers and find out WHY answers are what they are. By doing this, you will learn the logic of the test and be able to very quickly eliminate certain answers, and you will be much more accustomed to the test. Studying for the SAT (or PSAT) is not something that happens overnight, it comes with getting smarter (as you get older) and through practice.

i was looking forward to take this practice test....then i found out the questions are the same as the "sat preparation packet"

actually i meant, "2004 PSAt packet"
