Q about enrollment restrictions

<p>so for psych M176 it says: Requisites: courses 10, 100A, 127. but then it says there are no enforced requisites. are these just recommended requisites or will ursa not let me enroll if i havent done 127?</p>

<p>also if a class says consent of instructor required, do i need to email the prof for a pte number? i emailed her and she hasnt responded and my enrollment is tomorrow morning...</p>
