Q about hand scoring service

Okay, so i think i got screwed on my SAT, CB says i omitted 12 CR q's but i am positive i omitted 0. but long story short i am thinking of opting for hand scoring service.
Q1: suppose that my bubbles were too light, will CB give me points?
Q2: i live outside the US so sending a mail would be a hassle. Not to mention the time it would take to get there and the mail back. So would my revised scores be posted online?
Also if anyone has any experience with this service then please do share :)

I read that your score was about 1750. Do you think that this service would improve largely your score? If so, go ahead. However keep in mind that you could be wrong. Furthermore, you got only 540 in CR, which is low even with 12 omitted questions. It means you got wrong several questions which must be related with those omitted (you got them wrong because you didn’t understand some aspects of the passage. It could be the same case with those considered omitted, assuming that you had effectively bubbled these questions). It is a matter of statistics. Among those 12 omitted, there could be 7 wrong or more according to your score
Basically, it does not worth spending money to have 1800 or 1900, which is low for a competitive international. My advice, concentrate on your next test to get over 2200 that you could not get for sure with this hand service. Consider this test a rehearse to your future success…

From an international who was disapointed as well by an average score (about 2000). I screwed the math section… 5 wrong

This is the post of me complaining about CB and i also gave a breakdown of my CR according to my score report. At that rate, i could raise my score by 50-60 pts. 100 if i got them all correct. And i got a 1950. I feel that my CR should be higher and it could help cross the 2000 barrier. I already gave the SAT twice (1940 first time) so im not giving again

Definitely get the hand scoring service. There definitely must be some kind of mistake.

Okay but the question was, if my bubbles were too light, will CB give me credit? And will my scores show online?
