Hello,

I saw a few sites with downloadable PDFs of some past QASs. I was wondering if it okay for people to share QASs like that (since you have to pay for them) and if that is going to cause problems with Collegeboard.

The stated confidentiality rule for the SAT provides: “Sharing test questions or answers is prohibited at any time unless test content is released as part of a College Board service (such as the Question-and-Answer Service).” See p. 4 of https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/pdf/sat-registration-student-rights-responsibilities.pdf. That would indicate one can share QAS with another person. However, that sharing has its limits because the material is still copyright material and putting it online for the world to see or trying to sell it could violate copyright laws.
