QB College Match Low-Income Household

Firstly I should say that I completely understand that QB claims to have to cutoff rate for household income, however i am also fully aware that 60,000-70,000 is the household income their looking for. My household income is currently a little over 100k. However i do not feel that this fairly represents my life style. For starters i live in new york city, once of the most expensive cities on earth. my mortgage is more than a half of my income and the value of my house has gone down at least 300,000 dollars from the year it was bought... pretty much its a crapshot. But there is hardly time to talk about real-estate issues. There are over 90,000 in bills to pay yearly, with all the necessity bills and such. And this year i just got braces so thats another 5,000 dollar bill i have to pay off. And last year my grandfather feel ill, had to come to America for medical assistance, and we are now paying for his living expenses in his country. There is so much debt in this house and were living pay check to pay check. I feel i deserves a fare chance in the scholarship as any other 60,000 family. But how can i explain this in the application when the limit is 4400 characters. I really need a scholarship in order to go to a decent 4-year college ( i really want to get into tuffs) . I am first generation College student and my parents did not even finish HS.
