QB Regular Decision--Fee or No Fee?

<p>If you apply on September 30th and rank your schools and are not selected as a finalist:</p>

<li> Are your fees waived on the RD applications?</li>
<li> If so, can you apply ONLY to the schools you listed in your original match application?</li>
</ol>
