Qs about the PENN app

Working on the PENN app (regular decision) and on the "Penn-specific Online Application, they only let you put about 5 extracurriculars and 6 awards. Is there any other way to give more??
Thanks in advance, and good luck to all the early decisioners!!

People have sent in resumes. Penn really just wants to know your 5 most meaningful ECs (not that you were a member of nature appreciators) and your most meaningful awards. If you have a lot more, send in a resume. Limit it to 1 page, and a Penn adcom told me it looks bad if it is longer than her's.

oh crud. its bad if the resume is longer than 1 page?!?! I wish i knew this earlier...like, a 2 months earlier

i talked to my regional director cuz i had research abstracts which were more than a page and she said it was okay. As long as it's significant and not just a listing of every little thing you ever did in high school.

sigh of relief

my regional director said that as long as you are not sending in more than five sheets of supplementary document you are ok.

the magic number..5.
