Quadruple Major?

I am about to graduate from high school and i was thinking about the option of having 4 majors when i go to college and i was wondering whether its possible and a good idea. I was thinking about majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Sound/Audio Engineering, and Music Theory/Composition

I would love to combine my love of engineering with music if its possible and that was what gave me this idea

EDIT: fml i put this in the wrong section can a mod or an admin please move this to the engineering section

Whether it’s in the right section or not is irrelevant in this case. Do not quadruple major. You would think that this may impress a prospective employer, but in fact has the opposite effect. Why? Doing a quadruple major makes you look indecisive. It’s telling them that you have no clue what you want to do and can’t make tough decisions. Out of all of those ECE is the best. You don’t need an engineering degree to learn how to make music. Just get a good condenser mic. and a good program like Pro Tools, and you’re pretty much good to go. And Music Theory/Composition? What are you going to do with that? Become the high school music teacher that throws chairs? I know it sounds harsh, but you’ll thank me when you’re not struggling to pay your bills. I see a lot of talented people in the city(NYC) everyday, working in restaurants, making 1 dollar an hour plus whatever tips.

I agree with scientificmind doing 4 majors is not a pro its a con. Engineering is hard as it is most people can not handle it without the three other majors. My advice is stick to one or two majors. Anything else just looks like your trying to hard or that you are indecisive.

I GUARANTEE that if you tried to do this, after Freshman year you would realize it is not possible and would drop to a double major or major in one and minor in another one… You don’t realize how tough it is until you’re here.

Quadruple Major?
well, if you want to stay in college for about 7 years I guess you could. Cause that’s about how long it would take. Would it do you any good? no.

This is only possible for androids… As for a human, I don’t think you would be physically able to do this…
