Somebody PLEASE tell me about this program..if you know about it or or apart of it. I am looking to transfer into this school because i believe there will be a greater chance for employment after graduation. FIT's AMC major boasts a 90% employment rate..I want to know how good this program is.

My d attends FIT in the AMC program. She is very happy with her choice. She was accepted to many top ranked advertising programs throughout the northeast, and chose FIT. The professors have extensive knowledge and experience in their respective fields, and she is thrilled learning her major from the beginning. The contacts made, and the internships offered are fantastic, highly recommend the program.

Thanks alot! My real interest is in cosmetics and the beauty industry, i was thinking about the cosmetics and fragrance marketing major but the AMC is also another option for me, not sure exactly what i would want to do with it but getting a job prospects from FIT seem better than graduating from Kean University communications department( my current school). The only thing i am worried about is the block scheduling of FIT.

FIT would definitely improve your chances of job prospects over Kean, being in NYC, as well as the intership opportunities along would increase your chances. In addition, you would learn specific knowledge for your chosen field. I do not believe any business majors have block schedules, that is for design students. check with FIT to be certain. Go for it! As well as my d attending, I am a business graduate of FIT and have been very successful in the apparel industry.

thanks alot!
