If anyone can help me out that would be great. I would like to know how good or bad the food is at Johns Hopkins University and Cornell University. That is, whether students like the food, if the quality of the way it is prepared is good, and if there is a large selection. Also, I want to know how the dorms are...if they are clean, expensive, etc...for both Johns Hopkins and Cornell.

I have no clue, so I won’t answer. Just letting you know since you’re new that there are forums for individual schools, and you may get better/more replies asking over there!

I hear the food at Cornell is great (for college food, of course).

Cornell is regarded as having the best food of any college in the country.

My kids thought the food at Cornell was great and I would agree. Two of my four attend other universities and there is no comparison. The dorms at Cornell were amazing compared to my other kids dorms.

Cornell food is so good! Good enough to go and eat whenever pretty much. There are so many places to eat it’s ridiculous, and if you ever get tired of the campus food, there’s Collegetown which has restaurants up the wazoo from pizza to Chinese to Mediterranean to subs…and then there’s still the Commons which offers Mexican, Thai, pizza…The dorms from what I’ve seen are nice. Lots of suite styled dorms are available, including ones for freshmen. There are also coops, frats/sororities, and tons of off campus houses/apartments which are all really popular.
