Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I was wondering what is expected of a Questbridge applicant. In terms of GPA, classes, and extracurriculars. Also if anyone has any additional information about their College Prep Scholars program I would be interested.
For reference, if needed, my stats are:
3.9 GPA
IB Chem, Bio, Math, English
Dual Credit Physics
(Social Studies & Foreign Language are advanced but not IB)
A lot of volunteering & clubs
I won’t be getting a full IB diploma, but I do have the majority of my classes in the program.
Questbridge isn’t the only way I can go to college since a lot of schools have great aid, but it could be helpful for me.
Thank you very much!

What is your ACT/SAT?
@bopper 32 ACT and 1260 SAT though I am DEFINITELY working hard on them and plan to retake AT LEAST one more time and won’t apply with those numbers, I actually have a test date scheduled soon.
@aphroditeayelet Here’s the profile of their latest cohort .Your ACT score and GPA are in top part of the range. What is your household income?

@momprof9904 Thank you for that link!! Let’s just say my household income is lower than median (at least from that link). I’m also from a midwest/Southern state that is generally missing from a lot colleges so I think that could help me as well. I don’t know what’s happening with my SAT, but I will definitely be getting it up:)
@aphroditeayelet Do you have to submit both the ACT and SAT? Check to see their guidelines if both are needed. Also check out the forum topic linked above devoted to the questbridge program. In addition, are there opportunities for college funding for low income students in your home state ? Research those as well, if they exist… They will not be as easy to get the info, but you should take the time to find out.
@momprof9904 I think it depends, but obviously it can’t hurt to get it up… On their “Who Should Apply” page it says above 28 on the ACT and above 1310 on the SAT so I’ll try to get there at the minimum, but my scores are also from fall of sophomore year so hopefully they’ll improve more.
