<p>So for some reason, the payment section on the Common App for Brown doesn't have the "other" option for a fee waiver. But that's how the fee is waived for Questbridge finalists. What to do?</p>
<p>It should be there. Contact Common App and tell them about the problem,it could be a glitch. If that doesn’t work call Brown.</p>
<p>So I contacted the common app and its not a glitch, and I also contacted Brown who responded (thank goodness). For those who were panicking as much as I was they replied:
“You should check “College Board Fee Waiver Request.” It’s just a formality”</p>
