Hello everyone,
I recently got a mail from Questbridge which states, “We received your information from the College Board, and we believe you have the potential to be a competetive applicant to these colleges.” However, my household makes way more than $65k, which makes me ineligible to apply to Questbridge. Is this just a promotional mail or is it for real?
Thank You in advance!
Hi. I think you should take a look at the “Who Should Apply” Page and see whether you might be a good applicant due to other factors.

If you still have questions you can email questions@questbridge.org
Do you guys mind if I ask question in this thread? I can’t make my own (bc im jailed) and I don’t want to get in trouble for hijacking a thread.
I received the same letter in the mail and was wondering if it would be worth the time to apply
I would really appreciate some help and advice because i could potentially be a borderline candidate but I’m not sure. I’m also unsure whether or not its worth it
We got it too, but make double that amount. But we live in a zip code that is traditionally considered very low income. We think maybe they use the test score/zip code combo to try to net many eligible candidates. Wish my D could apply, but she is not eligible based on income
@actprep34 I think you should apply. They look at the applications holistically. It’s such a great opportunity. Yes, the application is very ahem thorough, but if you feel you might have a chance you should do it.
my family makes <40k but we have 200<300k worth of assets (Home equity, savings) Is it worth it?
Would it hurt to apply to Questbridge? My family makes over 150k.
