Questbridge Essay Prompt-really stressed please help!

I am applying to the NCM this year, and I am really stressed and confused by the first essay prompt for QB. I am not sure if it is just supposed to be a narrative of events or something more. It would really help me to see 1 or 2 examples if anyone is willing to contribute or guide me to a link. I will not plagiarize and copy for the obvious reason that these are all personal to individual applications. The application is due in less than a month, and I don’t know what to do! I don’t even have a concentrated, focus topic to write about, and I don’t want to sound like I’m whiny or complaining.
Any help would greatly be appreciated! I’m really stressed.

Here’s the prompt: We are interested in learning more about you and the context in which you have grown up, formed your aspirations, and accomplished your academic successes. Please describe the factors and challenges that have most shaped your personal life and aspirations. How have these factors helped you to grow?

Sorry that I only saw this today, and there isn’t much time to finish the application. Can you think of one story or incident in your life that stands out? Usually in these essays you tell a fairly specific story, but then connect that story to something bigger - either how it shaped who you are today, or how it influenced what you decided to pursue for a career or for a major (although it’s not necessary to know what you want to major in). Then go back to the prompt and see if you should mention some specific challenges that have not already been covered. There is also a chance at the end of the QB application to add more information - special circumstances or challenges that didn’t fit in anywhere else.
