Hey guys, I’m a rising junior planning to apply to QB for senior year, and I want some thoughts on how likely I am to become a finalist
SAT : 2200
GPA : 3.7 unweighted, no rank
SAT 2’s : Hoping for 700+ on Literature and Math 2, might go for Spanish or Chem as well
Income : Around 25k/yr
EC’s
Varsity soccer since 9th grade (won a trophy in 10th grade), cocaptain of the team junior and senior year
College Readiness Program since 9th grade (every summer and 2x a week during the school year)
Summer Camp since 9th grade for 1wk with 35hrs of community service
Red Cross Club since 10th grade
Math club since 11th grade
I’m going to be continuing all these clubs till I graduate
as for recommendations, I think I can get good letters from my english and math or chem teacher
Hooks : First gen college student
antihooks : asian american male
