Questbridge will not accept our application

<p>My son's Questbridge application is complete but cannot be submitted; we keep getting a dialog box that says we need to fill in his high school information. It's been there for weeks and nothing is missing. We even tried deleting his school information and putting it in fresh, no help.</p>

<p>We are posting from a Mac, tried it in Safari and also in Google Chrome, neither worked. We tried calling them and left a message, but who knows how many phone calls are awaiting the staff's attention?</p>

<p>Any ideas?</p>

<p>I had this exact same problem. My guidance counselor and I figured out that what you have to do is click on Academic Information, and then click “Save & Proceed” or whatever it says on each section specifically, including the subsections of Transcript. Then click submit again.</p>
