I didn't know whether to post this under the Questbridge discussion or under Yale.

Anyway, as I said before in an earlier post on a different thread, I am going to apply to Yale through Questbridge if I become a finalist. I was wondering do Questbridge applicants also have a chance for an alumni interview? I know it is not necessary for the application, but I'm still curious.

Well QuestBridge is a program for high-achieving low-income students. This program offers free applications to some of the top colleges in the nation. Through this program. students are able to be awarded full rides to those top schools. More information can be found at this link [QuestBridge Home Page](http://questbridge.org/)

Yes, I emailed questrbidge about this and applying via questbridge does not affect your gettting an interview at all.
Btw, what are your QB stats?

Yale seriously considers its QBridge applicants. If at all possible, you’ll get an interview. Best of luck to you.

Aveton: QBridge is a clearinghouse for many top schools. Finalists are in a very good position. It is more work but the rewards are top shelf. QBridge definitely puts you on everyone’s radar b/c finalists are exactly the types of applicants top schools clamor for.
