<p>I understand April 1st is the “preferred” housing deadline. According to the website, I won’t receive financial aid package information until that April 1st date, and my parents do not want to take a tour to UA in order to check out dorms and the campus until we know how much we are getting from the financial aid (FAFSA) package. If I can’t select a residential hall by April 1st, is it a big deal? I don’t want to have limited options. Thanks!</p>
<p>Will you be in the Honors College? If so, their housing for next year is all Ridgecrest which is probably the nicest dorms I have seen- and I toured over thirty colleges between taking sons and nephews college hunting.</p>
<p>I won’t be in the Honors College. So far I’ve looked at Lakeside and Burke, and those seem nice, but I’d still like to visit them to find out more.</p>
