<p>You “can,” but you probably shouldn’t.</p>
<p>If you feel you must explain the rigor of your schedule, perhaps a statement such as, “I took the most rigorous schedule available given school scheduling limitations…” or some such nonsense.</p>
<p>You cannot state that it would have raised your GPA because you cannot say what grade you would have received.</p>
<p>Do you know for sure that class size limitations was the reason you didn’t get in those classes, as in you were told this by your counselors/school?</p>
