Question about ACADEMIC HISTORY in the transfer application.

Hi guys,

I have been searching around this site and find it very helpful and the people here are very nice. Since I haven't found any questions similar to what I have got, I decided to post my first thread hoping it will help a lot of folks beside me.

I came to US three year ago and I am now a permanent resident in California.
I am studying Community college and trying to transfer to UC.
For the Academic History part in the application,

Question 1:
I don't know how to provide all the college courses I took back in my country, because that college is not considered an "official" school and I don't have any transcripts.
And I can barely remember what courses I took in that college.
So I started a brand new college life as a freshman in community college trying to transfer to UC after I came to US.
What should I do for the academic history in the application regarding to the academic history?

Question 2:
Is the transcript outside the US required even though none of the courses is transferable? I know I must turn in the transcript of the community college I transfer from.

Please HELP!

Thank you guys in advance.

You will need to get that transcript ASAP and report the classes and grades.
