Do Ivy leagues care about which you take, do they like view a SAT score of 2300 better than 34 on the ACT?

Since SAT is more harder or such?

Thnx

They’ll accept both, and consider whichever one has a higher score/whichever one looks best for you (I’m guessing they go by percentiles since obviously the two tests use different scales =P)

My understanding of comparing the SAT vs. ACT is that it’s not so much that one is ‘harder’ than the other; rather that they are two different types of tests, which may be easier or harder for a given student, based on that student’s strengths/weaknesses.

Look at admission requirements. Most accept either without bias. SAT isn’t “more harder”, just different. I’d say take both and see where you excel. For me it’s hands-down ACT. I’ve read where ACT tests what you’ve learned and SAT is more intuitive, but I disagree. I scored 34 cold (no prep) on ACT and PSAT predicts about 2100 on SAT. Here’s a comparison chart [SAT vs. ACT Scores](<a href=“powerprep.com - This website is for sale! - college prep powerprep Resources and Information.”>powerprep.com - This website is for sale! - college prep powerprep Resources and Information.) 34 ACT = 2260 SAT
